Dockside Overview

In 2000 Michael Bezzina turned his knack for building exemplary homes on the southern Sydney waterfront to the inner-west when a once-only opportunity arose to build 82 terrace style apartments on the Balmain foreshore. With an outlook across the harbour to the bright lights of the city and a backdrop on the much loved former workers cottages of Balmain, Dockside sought to recreate the village atmosphere that is part and parcel of inner-city living. The low-rise apartments were positioned around park-like gardens and a swimming pool, a place for residents to meet, mingle and enjoy the generous communal space.
