Tiana, was the first development to display Bezzina's change in direction to luxury waterfront apartments. Completed in 1995, Tiana features 20 stunning architect designed apartments in an enviable location on the Cronulla beachfront. Buyers flocked to own a piece of Tiana and suddenly Cronulla's image shifted from a down at heel beach suburb with good surf to a place that offered the ultimate in elegant and luxurious living. The value of good design, quality building and craftmanship has been borne out by the continuing high prices and demand for Tiana apartments on resale. Only six have changed hands in 10 years, all showing substantial returns to the vendor.
