Foundry Overview

Completed in 2003, The Foundry consists of 36 luxurious apartments featuring charismatic timber framed columns, beams, timber flooring, doors and high ceilings. Originally built in the Federation Warehouse style during the 1800's it offers a unique mix of rustic charm and cutting edge living to suit the inner city lifestyle.

This historic building was formerly the home of a foundry where steel castings were made for the manufacture of commercial products in the 1800's. The Bezzina Group has retained the characteristics of this nineteenth century Federation high rise by keeping intact its strong timber columns and beams.
